Look for grit in the lock and brush it clear, because a crumb of path gravel holds the catch closed. Check that the harness straps are inside the seat rather than over the frame, because a trapped strap props the fold open. If the joint still refuses, work the frame gently at the hinge rather than forcing it, and never push the fold past its stop.

The hood sags when a panel has worked loose at one end or the fabric is twisted at the side rail. Smooth the panels square with both hands and run the hood through its full travel once, so the fabric reseats along the frame. Check the zip panel is closed square before you roll, because a half-zipped edge lets the front panel droop into the child's line of sight. Do not pin the panels, because they need to move when the hood folds back. Reseat it before the next ride.

The buckle refuses when a crumb, a strap end or a grit grain sits in the catch. Open it fully, blow the catch clear and close it again with a firm press at the center, rather than tapping the two halves together. Check that the crotch strap has not twisted, because a twisted strap pulls the buckle out of line. If it still will not click, look at the tongue for wear and contact support, because a buckle that will not close ends the ride until it is fixed.

Lift the end of the stroller with the noisy wheel and spin it by hand to find which one is affected. Brush dust and hair away from the axle, and check the hub for a trapped stone or a build-up of grit, which is the usual cause rather than wear. Most squeaks come from dry dust, and a clean axle quiets them. Keep oil away from the wheels, because it attracts fresh grit that wears the axle faster, and check the smaller front pair especially, because their narrow mounts hold hair longer than the rear hubs do.

The basket hangs from the frame tubes, and a heavy point load pulls the mesh down toward the wheels. Keep the load light and spread it flat rather than piling it at one side, and sit the bag low in the center so the rim takes the weight. Reach in from the side openings rather than pressing down through the seat, because pressing from above stretches the mesh at the front edge. If it still sags, check the basket hooks are seated on the frame rails and push them back on before the next ride.

The handle at the back sticks when grit packs around its slide or the frame is not fully folded. Fold the frame completely first, because a half-closed latch lets the handle sit crooked in its channel. Brush the channel clear and work the handle in and out a few times rather than forcing it in one hard pull. A dry cloth wipes the grit away, and a small puff of dry lube keeps the slide smooth if grit keeps returning. If the handle stays jammed, contact support, because a stuck handle turns the tow into a carry.
